Thank you for choosing Burning Ember Reptiles! We are a growing business and strive to provide our customers with healthy animals, easy transactions, and polite communication! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
GUARANTEES
We guarantee that all animals are feeding as specified at the time of sale.
We guarantee healthy animals with no defects, kinks, or other major health issues, unless otherwise stated.
We guarantee genetics to be stated to the best of our ability. Known hets are guaranteed correct.
We encourage you to double check the sex, as well as overall general health of the animal upon arrival. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the animal if anything appears to be incorrect, or if there are any other problems that are suspected. After 24 hours of receiving the animal, we assume no further liabilities.
PICTURES
We do our best to provide pictures that accurately represent the appearance of the animal available.
Any noted flaws or defects of the animal will be pictured.
Pictures are up to date and current with the condition, size, and live appearance of the animal.
We would be happy to provide however many additional photos you would like, after any form of deposit or payment is received.
PAYMENT
We accept payment through CashApp, Venmo, Zelle or Square. Buyer is responsible for any and all tax.
Payment plans are available for purchases totaling $500 or more, before shipping. We require a 25% deposit, with the remainder due within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon by buyer and seller. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete the payment within the specified number of days will result in a forfeit of any and all money put towards that purchase.
Payment is due in full before shipping or pickup of animal.

SHIPPING
We ship with Reptiles2You or ShipYourReptiles through FedEx overnight on Tuesdays. This allows for Wednesday arrival.
Shipment does not take place until animal and shipping costs are paid in full.
At this time, we ONLY ship to FedEx hubs to be held for pickup.
You will be provided with a tracking number for your animal(s) as soon as the shipping label is created.
